Instructions:
First put the water in a pot/bowl and heat it. Warm it only a little bit not to be boiling or hot, that is, not more than 60 degrees. Put all the ingredients, except the ice, in the water, stir it for two minutes and then remove it from the heat. Cool the mixture and then put it in the refrigerator to sit for few hours.  Strain the mixture and your weight-loss beverage is ready for use.
Weight-loss use plan:
The first glass you drink itis before breakfast which has to be consisted of fruit, that is,fruit salad. The second glass you have to take it at 11h daytime with some almonds as a treat.
