Another study carried out by a dentistry school in the Philippines made a comparison between different chemical toothpaste brands and the eggshell toothpaste. Researchers have come to the following conclusion that teeth brushed with eggshell toothpaste showed less plaque buildup and contained stronger enamel. Directions:
First, put the eggshells in boiling water and let them stay like that for a minimum of five minutes so that you remove all present pathogens. After that dry them out. Use a coffee grinder and grind up the shells till they become like powder. Aside cleaning your teeth with it, you can also consume half a teaspoon daily, and it can be included into your food as well.
