And the third thing you will need is 2 caplets of vitamin E, which can be bought in the pharmacies or in the local health stores. Vitamin E is very beneficial against hair loss. It will stop the process of hair loss. It is very simple and easy to make this shampoo. Just follow these instructions.
Directions:   
Add 10 drops of essential oil of rosemary and 10 of lemon essential oil into the neutral shampoo. Then, add the 2 capsules of vitamin E. Shake well before using the shampoo.
Usage:
It is very important to use this homemade shampoo every other day – if you use it today, the next day take a break. Apply it on the hair and gently massage it for few minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Then, rinse it off with warm water.

  2. What size bottle of baby shampoo...ratio is always important. I did this with a 10 ounce bottle...it turns into a gel and I transferred it to a glass container because essential oils should never be in plastic....which is one of the reasons I really question this claim but I'm trying it anyway. Those oils are healthy oils for many reasons so it can't hurt, BUT, anyone that really knows anything about essential oils would never give a recipe involving plastic. They always tell you not to use plastic right in the recipe. I truly doubt this was written by anyone that has any credibility, however, stranger things have happened. Here's to the benefit of the doubt...

  3. I forgot to mention this...DO NOT GET THIS IN YOUR EYES...these essential oils are not meant for the eyes and could be very harmful!!!
